PDFs, photos, scans, signatures and recognized text are processed on your phone. Results are saved on your device, or wherever you choose to save or share them. We never receive them, and the app never overwrites your original files.
This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
The camera is used only when you scan a document or a QR code or barcode. The app reads only the photos and files you pick yourself.
The app needs the internet for one thing: downloading text recognition (OCR) language data when you choose a language. This is a download to your device. No document content is sent. The language files are downloaded from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com). As with any download, GitHub may see your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy. After the download, recognition works offline.
The one-time Pro purchase is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. The app only asks the store whether Pro has been unlocked on your account.
FiloKit itself contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools. We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it. Technical data that Google or Apple may handle through their own components is described in the next section.
Some features rely on components provided by your phone's operating system or by Google, such as the camera, the share sheet and store billing. On Android, document scanning and QR or barcode scanning run on your device through Google Play Services (ML Kit). FiloKit does not send your documents to Google, but these components are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy, and Google may collect technical usage and performance data about them. Components on iOS are governed by Apple's policies.
FiloKit is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

يتم الشراء لمرة واحدة لنسخة Pro عبر متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play. نحن لا نستلم بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك. يسأل التطبيق المتجر فقط عمّا إذا كانت نسخة Pro مفعّلة على حسابك.
لا يحتوي FiloKit نفسه على إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل ولا أدوات تتبّع الأعطال. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها، لأننا لا نجمعها أصلاً. أما البيانات التقنية التي قد تعالجها Google أو Apple عبر مكوّناتهما فمذكورة في القسم التالي.
تعتمد بعض الميزات على مكوّنات يوفرها نظام تشغيل هاتفك أو Google، مثل الكاميرا وقائمة المشاركة وفوترة المتجر. وعلى أندرويد، يتم مسح المستندات وقراءة رموز QR والباركود على جهازك عبر خدمات Google Play (ML Kit). لا يرسل FiloKit مستنداتك إلى Google، لكن هذه المكوّنات تخضع لشروط Google وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها، وقد تجمع Google بيانات تقنية عن الاستخدام والأداء. أما المكوّنات على iOS فتخضع لسياسات Apple.
FiloKit أداة عامة وغير موجّهة للأطفال. ولا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات من أي شخص.
